What the work is
Vetted experts (engineers, doctors, lawyers, professors) build training data, review model outputs and build reinforcement-learning environments for AI labs. Screening is done by micro1's AI interviewer, Zara. A robotics arm also pays gig workers to record real-world video demonstrations.
