ChatGPT Plus vs Business
The models and usage limits are about the same; what Business adds is control. For $25 per user ($20 billed annually, two seats minimum) you get a shared workspace, SSO, admin controls and no training on your data by default. If you handle client or company data, or you're paying for two or more people, choose Business.

Get ChatGPT Plus if…
You're one person using ChatGPT for your own work and nobody else needs to manage or see your workspace. Turn off training in settings if you paste anything sensitive.

The fine print
The Pro usage multipliers (about 5x, 10x and 25x Plus) come from OpenAI staff posts and DevDay coverage rather than the pricing page. Plus and Pro are billed monthly only; mobile app-store prices can differ, and API usage is billed separately.

Is ChatGPT Business worth it for one person?
You can't buy it for one person: it needs at least two seats. A solo user should stay on Plus and switch off training on their data in settings.
Does ChatGPT Business use my data for training?
Not by default. Business workspace data isn't used to train OpenAI's models unless the workspace opts in.
What is the ChatGPT Business Premium seat?
A $125-a-month seat ($100 billed annually) that gives five times a standard seat's usage and removes the five-hour limit, for heavy users inside a Business workspace.
