How the Overlord measures you
The quiz scores you on four dimensions, three questions each. Every answer is worth 0–3 points; your total out of 36 becomes a readiness percentage, and that percentage sets your rank.
- AI usage — how often, and for what, you actually use AI tools.
- Mindset — whether you treat AI as a threat, a toy, or leverage — and whether you check its work.
- Skills — prompting, building simple automations, and how deliberately you learn.
- Income diversification — how many sources of income you have and how exposed you are to losing one.

What is the Overlord Readiness Quiz?
A free 12-question quiz that measures how prepared you are for an AI-shaped economy across four dimensions: how you use AI, your mindset toward it, your practical AI skills, and how diversified your income is. Your score maps to a rank from Peasant to Super Overlord, with three next steps tailored to your weakest areas.
How is my readiness score calculated?
Every answer is worth 0 to 3 points. Each of the four dimensions has three questions, so each is scored out of 9 and the total is out of 36. Your percentage of the maximum sets your rank. Dimensions at 67% or higher count as strengths; anything under 50% counts as a weakness.
Is this a scientific assessment?
No. It is a transparent, simplified self-assessment delivered by a fictional sentient AI. It is designed to show you where to focus next, not to predict your career or income.
How do I become more AI-ready?
Use one AI tool every working day until it becomes a habit, learn to write clear prompts with context and examples, always verify facts in AI output, automate one repetitive task, and build at least one source of income or skill that does not depend on a single employer.
Can I share my result?
Yes. After the quiz, use the share buttons or copy the link. The link encodes your answers, so anyone who opens it sees your rank and breakdown — and can take the quiz themselves. Nothing is stored on a server.
